Meet Hugo, who initially joined us as a Junior Analyst and has since become a member of the Marketing Team as our Growth Manager! He has been with us for three and a half years now. Read his story! 

What is the most exciting thing about working at Tendium?

The most exciting thing about working at Tendium is being a part of a company that is at the forefront of technological innovation and AI research. I have always been interested in new technology and social issues, so being a part of a company that solves an important social problem - the inefficient and outdated public procurement system - through ground-breaking digital innovation is a dream come true.

Can you tell me about your experience working at Tendium and how it has contributed to your professional growth?

I have worked at Tendium for about three and a half years, and I have furthered my skills in business development immensely since I first started. High expectations from the entire team, a high level of individual responsibility and accountability, as well as a rigid support system, have created an environment where I feel trusted and valued by my team leaders. I am also being challenged and forced to step outside of my comfort zone on a daily basis, which has given me a lot of experience and insights in a short amount of time, something I definitely value.

What do you enjoy the most about being a part of the Tendium team?

The sheer amount of knowledge and competence within the company, as well as the positive and motivating company culture, makes it incredibly inspiring to be a part of the Tendium team.
