Revenue Operations Specialist (Full-time)
Do you want to join the technological revolution? Tendium is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join the team.
We’re looking for a structured, detail-driven RevOps Specialist who thrives on clean data, clear processes, and making commercial teams more effective. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success - ensuring the right information flows to the right people at the right time.
You’ll be part of the operational backbone of our commercial organisation: solving complex problems, removing hurdles that slow down deals, tightening collaboration across teams, and making sure our revenue engine runs smoothly as we scale our existing markets and into new markets.
If you enjoy creating order, improving systems, and enabling people to close more deals, faster, this role is for you.
About Tendium
Tendium is the global pioneer in AI-driven public tender management, transforming how companies discover, analyse, and win government contracts. Our platform turns complex processes into something simple and transparent, empowering businesses to compete fairly for billions in public sector opportunities. We’ve been building our AI-native platform since 2018, leveraging a vast data moat, agentic AI, and tens of thousands of hours of R&D. Today, we serve large numbers of customers across Europe and are rapidly scaling. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us, we want to hear from you.
The Opportunity
You’ll help build, optimise and run the operational core of Tendium’s commercial organisation, ensuring our marketing, sales, and customer success teams are aligned, data-driven, and equipped with efficient processes, as we grow into new markets.
Bridge the gap between marketing, sales, and customer success by aligning KPIs, improving data visibility, tightening handovers, and removing information silos across the funnel.
Improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks in Tendium's marketing, sales, and customer success processes by building automations, standardising workflows, and using AI to streamline repetitive tasks and accelerate execution.
Increase both the quality and volume of leads through data enrichment and AI-driven research, with our ideal customer profile (ICP) as your guiding north star, to ensure Sales Development Representatives (SDR) and Account Executives (AE) work with high-fit, high-value prospects.
Support international growth by scaling CRM structures, segmentation models, and routing logic for new markets, ensuring that lead flows and reporting remain consistent globally.
Run analytics and funnel diagnostics by reviewing stage-level conversion rates, identifying operational gaps, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations to commercial teams.
Maintain CRM hygiene through regular audits, deduplication, property updates, and pipeline cleanup to ensure accurate reporting and system integrity.
Who You Are
You’re early in your career but you already know this: you thrive in order, structure, and precision. You love helping teams work smarter.
You have:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM management, or similar commercial support roles
Proven experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Strong ability to switch contexts and navigate ambiguous problems
Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail

Fluency in both Swedish and English
A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
