The Legal Team is responsible for ensuring Tendium's compliance with applicable laws in our business areas and minimising any legal risks in our business. We provide support to all parts of the organisation by, for example, analysing, negotiating, and drafting contracts, conducting legal investigations, assisting various teams with legal inquiries, creating internal policies, and addressing the legal aspects of Tendium's services. Our work encompasses diverse areas including public access to information, artificial intelligence, technology, public procurement, data protection, intellectual property, labour law, and more. Given Tendium's evolving business model, our Legal Team often tackles unprecedented legal inquiries. 

Currently, our team consists of two members, making us the smallest team in the company. Nevertheless, the Legal Team has a significant impact on the organisation and is essential in Tendium's growth and development. We practise an open and collaborative atmosphere within the team, always eager to assist and learn from one another.
