The Job
As a Junior Analyst at Tendium, you will play a key role in our Finnish deliveries - one of the core operations of the company. You’ll work hands-on with analysing large amounts of Finnish text-based procurement data, ensuring high quality, and compiling AI-generated insights and reports that our customers rely on.
You’ll take ownership of your daily work while collaborating closely with analysts, product, and commercial teams. This is a role for someone who enjoys detail, structure, and responsibility, and who wants to understand how their work directly impacts customers and the business.
We work iteratively, combining advanced technology with human judgment. Your contribution helps ensure that our AI-driven insights are accurate, relevant, and trustworthy.
This role will be offered on a full-time basis, working primarily from our Stockholm HQ with a hybrid setup.
What You’ll Do
Analyse and review Finnish procurement documents and text-based data
Quality-assure AI-generated outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance
Compile and deliver reports that customers use to make business decisions
Support internal teams with Finnish language expertise and translations when needed
Contribute to data sourcing, validation, and continuous improvement of our processes
Participate in cross-functional projects and business development initiatives
Over time, there will be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities or specialise further, for example within market analysis, data quality, or classification projects.
What You Bring
Native or fluent Finnish, comfortable working with business and legal-style language
Fluent English
A recently completed bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
A structured, analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Comfort working with large volumes of text-based information
A sense of ownership: you care about delivering high-quality work, every time
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a technology-driven environment
Bonus Points
Proficiency in Swedish
Experience working with data analysis, quality assurance, or research
Interest in AI, technology, or public procurement
Experience working in a fast-moving or scale-up environment
