Working as a Growth Manager at Tendium
Meet Rebecca, who started with us as a Junior Analyst and have the last year taken over the role as a Growth Manager in the marketing team.
What made you apply to work at Tendium?
I first applied as a Junior Analyst after a recommendation from a friend who worked here. She had always told me how happy she was with the team, so when the opportunity arose, I knew I had to take it, and I am really glad I did. I think that everyone needs to experience working at a tech startup. The atmosphere, the people, the talent. What’s great with working at Tendium is the incredible opportunity to grow within the company and take on new and exciting roles. I know Tedium has the potential to change the entire way of working with public procurements, allowing more businesses to enter the market, which at the end of the day is changing and streamlining how mine and your taxes are spent.
How has it been working at Tendium so far?
Everyone here plays a crucial role that comes with individual responsibilities, but you also learn so much from others. I’ve grown a lot during my time at Tendium, partly from developing new competencies, but especially from working with such highly skilled people. It is extremely fulfilling to work in an environment where innovation is at the core of everything we do.
What do you think about Tendium in the future?
I look forward to targeting future growth opportunities that lie ahead of us, as well as seeing the team and business grow. As Tendium already is an impactful tech startup in Sweden, I am very excited to see and work first hand with our expansion both within national and international markets. It’s so rewarding to see that what your work contributes to that growth.
