Junior Commercial Operations Manager
Want to kickstart your career in tech and business operations? Tendium is looking for a part-time Junior Commercial Operations Manager to join the team.
Are you an analytical doer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement? Do you want to work at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data – and contribute to a fast-growing tech company’s operational excellence? If you're driven, curious, and ready to grow, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Why Tendium
Tendium is the global pioneer in AI-driven public tender management, transforming how companies discover, analyse, and win government contracts. Our platform turns complex processes into something simple and transparent, empowering businesses to compete fairly for billions in public sector opportunities.
We’ve been building our AI-native platform since 2018, leveraging a vast data moat, agentic AI, and tens of thousands of hours of R&D. Today, we serve large numbers of customers across Europe and are rapidly scaling.
If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us — we want to hear from you.
The Job
As a part-time Junior Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll work at the heart of Tendium’s commercial engine – supporting strategic projects, ensuring data accuracy, and helping optimise how our sales, marketing, and customer success teams operate.
This is a cross-functional role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to commercial operations and is excited by the mix of structure, creativity, and problem-solving.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Revenue Operations: Support initiatives to streamline our subscription renewal processes and improve our understanding of customer lifecycles, churn patterns, and retention. Help implement data-driven improvements that increase efficiency and revenue growth.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of our financial and commercial data by identifying discrepancies, supporting data cleaning processes, and maintaining high-quality information in our CRM system. Your work will support better decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success.
Marketing Projects: Contribute to both strategic and hands-on marketing initiatives – such as planning and running lead generation campaigns, optimising content distribution, and supporting consistent brand messaging across channels.
Process Optimisation: Analyse existing commercial processes, identify areas of improvement, and help implement scalable, efficient workflows across departments.
Qualifications
We believe great people can come from many different backgrounds, but ideally you have:
A structured and analytical mindset
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot), and basic reporting
Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
You’re currently studying for a degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering) and are eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with SaaS business models
Interest in marketing automation and analytics
What we offer you

A centrally located office in Stockholm (remote-friendly)
Free breakfast at the office – every day
After works, team events, and fun offsites
Occupational pension after the probation period
This is a fixed-term position for approximately 6 months to start with, with the potential for extension depending on workload and business needs.
