Working as a Data & Product Analyst at Tendium
Meet Hjalmar, who initially joined us as a Junior Analyst and has since acquired several new titles! He has recently taken on the roles of Analyst, Junior Data Analyst, PO Assistant, and now Data & Product Analyst. He has been with us for less than two years and is already making waves!
What made you apply to work at Tendium
Just like most people, I had very little knowledge about public procurement before I started here. The more I read about the market and the solution that Tendium has created, the more intrigued I became. To be part of the modernisation and democratisation of a huge market with such an innovative product felt so exciting.
Something about the start-up experience was appealing as well. When I applied for the job, I was, and still am, in a phase where I want to learn and develop as much as possible. I thought this could be a way of getting more responsibilities and experiences in an early part of my career. It has really turned out to be the case.
How has it been working at Tendium so far?
I feel like I have developed a lot since I joined the team at Tendium. I believe the culture at the company brings out the best in me. Everyone who works here is warm-hearted and kind and wants the best for one another. You always feel encouraged by your colleagues to ask questions and try out new ideas. Because of this, I have learned to think in new and more efficient ways. Observing how all the smart people here solve problems and develop projects is inspiring.
What do you think about Tendium in the future?
I think the future of the company is super bright. To see how Tendium is evolving from the inside really is a pleasure. So much has changed and become more efficient just since I arrived less than two year ago. We are making our current processes quicker and more efficient every day, and we are also creating new ones. I don’t think there is a limit to how far this company can go, and I am very excited for the future.
