Meet Julia who is working as a Bid Writer in our Managed Service team!

What made you apply to work at Tendium?
I found the company super interesting! My educational background is in International Affairs and Global Studies, but my career ended up more in the tech/journalism sphere. I was eager to apply to be part of a company that is using modern tech solutions to tackle some of the democracy and corruption issues I was so passionate about in my studies.

How has it been working at Tendium so far?
Excellent! The entire team is incredibly friendly, and it’s not just my immediate team—everyone in the company has been so welcoming. It’s been a fantastic experience getting to know so many people from diverse backgrounds!

What do you think about Tendium in the future?
I’ve previously worked at startups, and what I love about them is the unpredictability—you never really know what’s coming next! I’m excited to see the new features the platform will introduce and how my team (Managed Services) starts to use those new features to write our own bids.

What do you like to do on the weekend?
I recently moved back to Sweden after spending a few months in Italy, and I’ve been enjoying reconnecting with friends and baking. I’ve almost perfected my bagel recipe (they’re so hard to find in Stockholm!), and I’m excited to start learning how to make my Italian grandmother’s traditional cookies.
