The HR and Recruitment Team at Tendium comprises four members: an HR Generalist, Head of Recruitment, Jr. Recruitment Coordinator, and Head of HR. The team is responsible for a diverse array of duties.
Within the area of recruitment we take the lead in identifying, attracting, and recruiting exceptional people who align with Tendium's values and objectives and making sure candidates experience a fair and transparent recruitment process. We aim to give new team members a seamless integration into our culture and workflow. Additionally, we are continuously working to improve our recruitment processes and adapt to our fast-growing organisation.
Within the area of HR we work to ensure a positive work environment. This involves addressing employee concerns, fostering communication, and strengthening the leadership within the organisation.
