If there is no position that suits you at the moment, you are more than welcome to connect with us, by doing this you will get notified when we publish new vacancies.
2. Assessment
We hold the belief that an applicant is more than just their CV. That’s why we incorporate Alva Labs tests as an integral part of our evaluation process. These tests are used as a complement to your application and it helps us stay more objective in our assessment as well as reducing bias in our decision-making. Our aim is to make fair assessments, taking into account your strength and potential and it is important to note that we do not draw definitive conclusions from the test results.
3. Interviews
If your profile matches the criteria for the position, we will invite you to meet with us. Our interview process typically consists of two to three stages. The first interview is usually done in a video call with our HR- and recruitment team. In the second round, we aim to invite you to our office for a face-to-face interview. This step is crucial for us to establish a more personal connection and for you to get a feeling for our work environment and culture. In this stage, the interview is usually conducted by the team leader and another person with insight on the specific role. Meeting various team members ensures objectivity and helps us assess your compatibility with the role. We evaluate candidates based on established criteria for the role and ask the same questions to all applicants to ensure a fair and consistent assessment.
4. References
After successful interviews, we will contact three references from your previous employers. When you have been asked to provide references, it is great if you have ensured that the references are aware of us getting in touch with them.
5. Formal Offer
In the final step, we will invite you to discuss the terms of your employment and prepare a contract for you to sign. We will give you further information about our onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for your start with us!
Help us improve! We're always striving to enhance our recruitment methods. Therefore, we will send surveys to candidates who have participated in an interview with us. Your feedback is important to us. If you have suggestions on how we can improve our process, we'd love to hear from you!
