The Job

We are seeking a talented and skilled Product Owner to join our Machine Learning team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative machine learning solutions. You will work closely with teams from different departments, including software engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders, to identify and prioritise product requirements, ensure business goals are met, and maximise the value of our solutions.

To thrive in this role, we believe that you have strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Apart from being a great team player, we also see that you are proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and staying abreast of industry trends.

The role will be offered full-time and is a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. We are looking for primarily Stockholm based candidates, and we work in a hybrid environment. We organise after-work and other team activities both online and offline and want to keep our friendly and informal atmosphere. 

Starting dates for the successful candidates are to be agreed upon.

As a Product Owner at Tendium, your main focus areas will be:

• Requirement Gathering and Prioritisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact.

• Strategic Decision Making: Responsibility for the strategic decision-making of your own team including quarterly planning, and continuous collaboration with the other Product Owners to develop the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

It is merited if one or more of the following points apply to you:

• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, techniques, and algorithms.
