The Job
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us take our AI-driven SaaS product to the next level. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by helping them achieve their goals through the effective use of our software.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experience in either customer support or customer success, are entrepreneurial, and are used to taking initiative and running their own projects. You should ideally have experience working in digital CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce. As Customer Success Manager at Tendium, you will be part of our commercial team, which currently consists of both Marketing and Sales. You will primarily work with existing customers and look to maintain strong relationships, ensure contract renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You, therefore, need to be ready to roll up your sleeves, pick up the phone and take the initiative for meetings. Most of our meetings are held digitally, but physical meetings also occur.
The role will be offered full-time and is a permanent position with a 6-month trial period, fixed salary and commission.
As a Customer Success Manager at Tendium, your main focus will be to:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points.
Develop and execute a customer success plan to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and business goals.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers using our platform.
Monitor and analyze customer usage and provide recommendations to improve the adoption and usage of our platform.
Engage with customers to ensure that they renew their subscriptions for our platform.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals.
Be the voice of the customer and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams to improve our platform.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer case studies, testimonials, and other materials that showcase the success of our customers.
Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Measure and report on customer success metrics, such as retention rate, customer satisfaction score (CSAT), and net promoter score (NPS).

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or a related field in a SaaS company.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in business.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Fluent Swedish
Advantageous qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with enterprise-level customers.
Familiarity with customer success tools.
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
